Nate was able to be a part of equipping both staff and students this summer. Now we get ready for the fall launch.
Our staff team is growing and we want to expand our ministry to new areas of campus and new schools. We also got to help run the Big Break conference where students from around the country learned how to effectively share their faith.
There are beliefs in our culture for which people have never considered the source. One of those is our ideas about justice and morality. See Nate’s talk explaining the problems with seeking morality apart from God and why morality must find its source in an unchanging and good God.

As the Missional Team Leader or MTL, what I’m doing changes all the time. Certain things remain the same from week to week, like leading staff meeting and development meetings with the senior staff men on our team. Other times I find myself doing very different things as a part of my role. Here is a snapshot of my life over a week’s time.

As I regularly do, I spoke recently at the first weekly large group meeting of the year. You can see my talk starting at the 16:30 mark. At that meeting I was beginning a series on The Pursuit, talking that evening about where real confidence comes from in our pursuit of God.

Spring break is notorious for college students as a time to party on the beach. We turn that on its head and seek to engage those very same students with the gospel.
